Our client is a Global Investments Company which provides investment management services that help institutions and individuals succeed in markets all over the world. They were established in the early 1900s and now operate across the regions of Europe, theMiddle East, and Africa, delivering services to a broad range of clients seeking access to global capital markets. There is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join this well-established business in their Liverpool office, in a full-time,permanent role as a Client Processing Administrator.
**Your new role**
In this role, you will act as a liaison with various trading desks and investment teams to support their business activities such as compliance, systems, finance and operating risk. You will monitor positions and provide analytical or administrative supportfor trading functions. You will serve as a connection between vendors and exchanges, testing for on-boarding of new clients as well as the migration of existing clients to new platforms. You will complete and review all documents related to a particular transactionin complex product areas and provide trading support to fund managers, advisors, broker dealers and internal employees for all day to day trading activities. You will gain an understanding of managed account space, specifically Unified Managed Accounts andSeparately Managed Accounts and manage the model implementations for client directed programs. Your key duties you will be responsible for are order execution, pricing and contract completion, recording trades within systems, responding to clients on varioustrade issues and working to resolve trade errors in a timely manner, handling internal and external clients inquiries and complaints and preparing written and verbal responses and assisting with account reporting requirements.

You'll receive a starting salary of between £22,000 and £26,000 and be offered fantastic hybrid working options and generous annual leave of 25 days plus 8 bank holidays, with the ability to purchase up to 5 more days.
