MK41 OUD but travel to various venues across Bedfordshire

(Hybrid working options available)

**Hours**: 30 - 37.5 hours per week (flexible) job share considered

**Salary**: £22,300 - £27,790

**Responsible to**: CEO

**Internal Relationships**:All Teams

**External Relationships**:Voluntary and statutory sector agencies, service providers

**Job Summary**:
**Specific & Accountable Responsibilities: - Overseeing, managing and developing;**

**Administration**
- Proof reading
- Managing bookings
- Administration relating to our membership of the Autism Alliance UK
- Support the administration for the Charity Retail Team

**Marketing**
- Content design
- Annual report
- Design & content
- Case for support/project proposal - wanted fun, loaf, summer scheme, employment support, skills4success, adult social groups, adult skills.
- Autism Bedfordshire website
- Newsletters and communications
- Social media campaigns and scheduling posts
- Research and development
- Developing attractive service guides, reports and brochures
- Analyse social media engagement
- Monitoring and analysis reports

**Admin support for the shops**
- Handbook
- Maintenance
- PAT testing
- Liaising with Landlords

**Other requirements**
- Use computer software packages for the above tasks including Salesforce or other database systems, Excel, Word, Publisher, Powerpoint, Outlook and Adobe.
- Ensure the charity is maintaining high level Data protection procedures and observing the new GDPR guidelines and policies
- Adhere to all Autism Bedfordshire Policies and Procedures
- Attend Autism Bedfordshire events as required
- Taking enquiries phone calls from time to time

Autism Bedfordshire is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults in its care. The Development Officer is often required to be the named officer for groups they are overseeing and attend relevant training.

To ensure that this is achieved we expect all employees to share this commitment and staff working with these vulnerable groups will be recruited and selected in line with safer recruitment policies and practices including the completion of DBS check.
