**Sulis Hospital Bath are looking for a full time Clinical Coding Lead to join our Finance Team and provide leadership in our Clinical Coding function, during an exciting time to join the organisation which has recently undertaken a rebrand.**

As Clinical Coding Lead, you will report to the Head of Finance & Performance and will line manage the Clinical Coding function within the Finance Team, which comprises of one member of staff.

You will oversee the Clinical Coding function for Sulis Hospital Bath and ensure accurate coding of clinical activity for the hospital, as well as using coding tools in line with ICD-10 and OPCS4 classifications.

You will be qualified with the Nationally Accredited Clinical Coder Qualification (ACC) and have some experience with auditing coding activity.

This role is primarily hybrid working; however, you may need to come onsite when required. This role will require you to work autonomously, using your own initiative to prioritise and complete a variable and high volume workload.
