JOB ROLE

1) Data entry using SAGE software:

- Processing both daily and purchase customers’ orders with speed and accuracy on a daily basis
- Generating sales invoices, dispatch notes and delivery notes
- Extracting information from sage and transferring to Excel for data analysis
- Ability to communicate digitally and non-digitally with customers and stakeholders
- Printing processed paper work and ensuring all documents are accurate before transferring the documents to the Laboratory

2). Customer care services: These activities involve
- Making and receiving phone calls in a professional way
- Receiving customers’ order
- Liasing with courier services to ensure customers receive their products in the stipulated time
- Tracking goods on the website of courier service provider.
- Maintaining effective communication with other departments and units within the organisation

3) Report writing
- Collecting and collating data withing the organisation for analysis
- Reporting daily, weekly and monthly activities for prompt decision making

4) Ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor and team lead

THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- IT literate and experience using Sage, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader and Adobe Illustrator
- Excellent communication (English) and human relation skills
- Paying attention to details, working with speed and accuracy
- Ability to work as a team in a fast pace environment with multicultural people
- Ability to learn new skills and train others
- Excellent problem solving and analysis skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Sound logical thinking with an inquiry mindset
- Time Management, prioritisation and coordination skills

The underlisted skills and experience are desirable but not essential:

- Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service role
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
