Top Job Recruitment are working with a region leading Building services company, assisting them in finding an established Commercial Administrator.

The role will be providing support to ensure the smooth running and optimum performance of the Projects Department. Previous administrative experience is essential.

**Duties will include but are not limited to the following: -**
- Downloading of Tenders - printing off drawings etc
- Creating O&M Manuals
- Costing Updates
- Procurement
- Document control including raising COSHH
- Printing, Filing, scanning, and uploading various documents onto our

cloud-based platform
- Updating Drawings and issuing revised drawings
- Creating and issuing test record certificates
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Setting up new projects on our cloud based platform
- Creating Health & Safety Packs for sites
- Creating permits on Safe Permits
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as required to support the smooth running of the company

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very Good Excel Skills
- Attention to detail
- A flexible, proactive can-do approach.
- The ability to prioritise and carry out instructions accurately with attention to detail.
