**1st Line Technical Support**

HRGO are supporting an Award winning organisation in the telecoms industry that has seen significant growth in recent years, they are extremely proud of the services that they offer to their clients and they are equally as proud of their staff.
The purpose of the role is to support the companies clients (both business and residential) with any technical issues, this will involve trouble shooting and supporting them through various tasks to achieve the best outcome. You will answer calls and respondto tickets in a timely and professional manner whilst offering the highest level of customer service every time.
**What we are looking for**:
Understanding of IP subnetting
Excellent knowledge of Wireless Technologies
Proven experience in a technical support environment
Be familiar with VoIP
A problem solver with an analytic mindset
Ability to multi task and keep calm under pressure
A passion for offering excellent customer service
Proactive approach to work and problem solving.

You will be required to work 37.5 hours a week in a shift pattern typically between 8am and 8pm Monday to Sunday with the possibility of out of hours work as well.
