Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asbestos Surveyor to join our team at 1st Select. As a leading provider of trusted hazard management services, we are looking for a P402 qualified surveyor to excel in a diverse range of sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all disciplines of asbestos surveying and building inspection, including management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys.
• Project management and compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Develop, maintain, and build client relationships.
• Supervise remedial work and provide specialist advice and interpretation.
• Maintain individual QHSE documentation and adherence checks.
• Communicate and cooperate with clients, management, technical support, and fellow team members.

Requirements:

• BOHS P402 qualification and/or equivalent.
• 1-5 years of pre-existing experience in the asbestos consultancy industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in small teams and use own initiative when working alone.
• Strong work ethic and flexible approach to out-of-hours working and traveling.
• Attention to detail for accurate data and hands-on experience with tools and technical equipment.
• Full UK Driving License required.
