We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Public Health Assistant to join our caring and progressive team in South Kent (Ashford, Shepway, Dover and Deal).

You will work as part of a close-knit team who are dedicated to the health and wellbeing of people in South Kent. South Kent is made up of a diverse patient group with complex needs. Healthcare assistants make a difference by helping to keep people at home and independent for longer.

**As a Public Health Assistant you'll**:

- Work as part of a team to provide care to local patients and families
- monitor the quality of care they're receiving
- provide feedback to managers on the quality of care.

**Additional Working Pattern**: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9am-5pm
