Stables Pies require a production operative with a view to learn the baking element of the business, you must be keen to work in a fast paced and busy bakery. We produce mainly pies to Butchers, Bakers, Delicatessens and sandwich shops across Lancashire and Yorkshire.

You must have bakery experience or at least be keen to work in a bakery environment.

At Stables pies we are a family run business who pride ourselves on baking fresh, quality products. To achieve this, we are needing more amazing bakery operatives to help our bakery run smoothly. These will be part time roles (approx. 20 hours) but we will require flexibility for covering holidays and busier periods. This will include night shift work.

Some of the duties will include the following: Prepping ingredients, baking, packing orders, producing the best pies ever (not official), cleaning, making good cups of tea (not essential) and record keeping.

We are looking for someone who is a strong team-player, motivated, willing to learn and reliable.

A food hygiene certificate or willingness to obtain one is necessary.

Please note these roles are for early shifts around a 6am startcoffee and biscuits provided You will be required to cover holidays and sickness this can be discussed at the interview stage.
