Mobile Care Assistant

Mobile Care Assistant required for Mobile Carers to join our team in the Rowlands Gill and Copwell areas. No experience as full training will be provided.

We are looking for caring, compassionate and committed people who enjoy supporting and making a difference in people's lives on a day to day basis.

Being a carer is a highly rewarding career and you will be someone who is able to build relationships, trust, who understands the importance of attention to detail and has the ability to put people at ease.

**Duties will include**:

- Supporting clients with personal care, washing and dressing
- Ensuring clients have their medications whether by prompting, assisting and administering
- Carrying out light domestic duties such as making beds, washing and putting away dishes etc.
- Ensuring the well being of clients and ensuring that they have everything they need for the day ahead or between care visits
- Assisting with shopping, providing companionship and conversation and enriching the lives of clients day to day
- As a Mobile Care Assistant you will be a life line for clients who will look forward to your visits and who enjoy the company a Mobile Carer provides.

Full training will be provided and
**_a registration bonus of £200 on the completion of 3 months successful probation_**.

**Essential requirements**:

- Driving licence and access to a car for work purposes
- Be able to work every other weekend on a rota basis
- Able to work between the hours of 7am to 10pm
