Tradewind Recruitment are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Teaching Assistants who is trained in Phonics and the EYFS curriculum to conduct booster sessions. This is for a 2 form entery primary school in Oldham and you will be required to with Key Stage 1 pupils undertaking their SATs and assist with running and monitoring Reading, Mathematics, English Grammar, Punctuation and spelling

The successful Intervention Teaching Assistant will assist in the overall support of the class teacher. The role will also involve 1:1 mentoring and small groups focusing on literacy and numeracy. The main aim of this role is to raise attainment with children that have missed school due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
- Recent Teaching Assistant experience, in either EYFS or KS1
- An understanding of the way that children learn and progress
- An understanding of the National Curriculum
- A caring and nurturing approach

- A teaching assistant qualification or recent experience in this role.
- Your CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any employment breaks must be explained
