Part of the Media and Entertainment division, Partnerships and Distribution manages the distribution of all ITV channels and on-demand content in the UK working across key strategic partnerships such as Sky, Virgin Media and Amazon.

**This role entails**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised team player to support the Partnerships and Distribution team with managing ITV’s on-demand output onto third party Platforms. This will include maintaining in-house systems to produce accurate schedules, metadata and work cross-collaboratively with teams in the VOD operations process including Rights, Content Delivery, Marketing and external Partners.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Maintain day-to-day operational processes to produce accurate Catch Up schedules for VOD Partners (Amazon, Sky, Virgin Media) using Movida scheduling system. This will involve working closely with internal teams such as Rights, VOD Channel Management, Content Operations to ensure that content obligations are met and implemented as agreed with our Partners.
- There may be a requirement to support scheduling on existing operating systems, as the business migrates onto a new Rights and Catch Up Scheduling workflow.
- Working with Partner and Platform Operations Senior Exec and internal stakeholders to coordinate and supply deliverables for the iTunes and Amazon Transactional VOD workstream using varying Partner delivery systems.
- Maintain Excel Metadata and Image process for the BritBox US workstream, involving accurate input of data, tracking amendments, communicating updates.
- Monitor distribution partner platforms to check availability, presentation and branding of ITV content on the service.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks, as required such as daily/weekly administrative tasks including reports, data extraction and routine tasks.
- Help shape new and existing processes.

**To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills**:
**Minimum role criteria**:

- Demonstrable experience of VOD scheduling from a streamer/broadcaster
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Excellent attention to detail / accuracy skills
- Excellent organisational skills and experience and competence in a deadline driven environment

**Preferred**:

- Awareness of programme/content Rights highly desirable
