Location: PE32
- Details:
- Support in accessing the local community, attending community activities, classes, and going shopping.
- Support in personal care
- Support with food preparation
- Reminding me to take medication.
- Helping and Supporting to be independent.
- Basic household cleaning tasks
- Help and Support in and around the house
- Any other reasonable duties as requested.

Person specification
- Essential:
- Friendly

- Female required due to personal care aspect of role.
- Desirable:
- Full UK driving license
- Own personal car
- Food handling certificate.

Summary terms and conditions
- The rate of pay for this position is £9.91 per hour
- Hours and times of work: 13 Hrs P/W.
- Free Care Skills Training provided to employed staff
- The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks
- A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer
- Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer
- Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months
