Broster Buchanan is engaged with an energy management solutions organisation who are going through a large digital transformation. As part of this, they are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their team in the UK.
Experience & knowledge
- End User Support
- Cyber/information/network security
- Computer science
- MS Azure/Cloud
- Hybrid On-Prem/Cloud Infrastructure
- Computing and Information Systems
- Software/Electrical/Network engineering
- Experience with hybrid environments including on-premises and cloud services
- Experience of documenting processes, standard operating procedures & work instructions
- Knowledge and understanding of IT Strategy and infrastructure, Information Management and Governance and IT Security
Location: 2-3 days on-site at one of the office locations (South Wales, Leicestershire)
Hours: Monday Thursday 8am - 4.30pm // Friday 8am -1pm
