**The Role - Quality Controller**

The Quality Controller is responsible for reacting to quality issues identified during production.
- Support production in successfully resolving quality concerns with the minimum disruption to production
- Guidance of staff in the analysis of defect causes and implementation of corrective and containment actions
- Monitor status of all calibrated equipment and assist in completing calibrations as required
- Actively assist with inspection of products in accordance with quality specifications as required
- Participate in 6S Continuous Improvement activities
- Provide advice and guidance to R&D and Manufacturing Engineers in relation to quality of products and processes
- Statistical analysis of scrap and non-conforming products

**Your Qualifications**
- Previous experience of a quality role in a Manufacturing or Technical environment is desirable
- Experience of Geometric Dimensions & Tolerances
- Experience of using Measuring Tools
