Quality Inspector Wanted 📦🔎

Looking for an experienced Quality Inspector to join their dynamic team If you have an engineering background and a meticulous attention to detail, this role is for you 🕵️‍♀️💡

🎯 Purpose of Role:

Maintain quality control in line with business standards and customer requirements 📋✅
Inspect parts at all stages of the manufacturing process ✔️🔬
Conduct First Article Inspection reports 📝🔍
Handle non-conformance process for both suppliers and customers ⚠️🤝
Analyse and resolve root causes of issues, including part rework 🔍🛠️
Collaborate with the team to achieve quality and production targets 🌟🤝
Support the process of integrating quality into manufacturing 🔄🛠️
Approve related quality processes for release 📋✅

🔑 Core Skills/Attributes Needed:

Experience in an engineering background 👷‍♀️🔧
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications 📐👀
Technical knowledge & experience in the aerospace sector preferred 🚀🏢
Experience in a quality control environment preferred ✔️🎛️
First Article Inspection experience 📝🔍
Working knowledge of ISO 9001 📜✅
Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills 👀🔢
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 💪🙌
Excellent communication and computer literacy skills 💬💻
Willingness to learn new skills, including programming of Laser Measuring Machine 🆕🔍🌐
Working knowledge of Excel 📊💻
