Job Title: Hire Desk Coordinator

**Duties**:

- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Generating & following up quotations
- Job planning and coordination
- General accounts & admin work
- Provide excellent customer support to clients

**Experience**:

- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Experience in an office and / or sales role is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

We are looking to expand our hire desk team due to growing business.

**Salary**: £26,626.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Perth, Perth and Kinross: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- Sales: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
