**Overview of the role**
- To advise and assist the Head of the Regional Support Unit and Delivery Director on security, health and safety and fire safety matters to ensure that the Region complies with HMCTS’s operational requirements
- To provide real time advice, support and guidance to Cluster Managers and their staff to enable compliance with HMCTS’s security and safety policies and requirements.
- To ensure that minimum security and safety standards are complied with and all areas of significant risk and vulnerability are brought to the attention of local management and escalated if appropriate
- To monitor and promote all security and safety activities within the Region, including providing support for specific threats, risks and incidents.

**What you will bring to the role**
- An interest and enthusiasm for developing a career in health and safety, fire safety and security.
- A commitment to the safety of staff, judiciary and court and tribunal users.
Confidence in providing advice, guidance and support on Fire Safety and Security Matters will be required for staff and Judiciary in line with policies and procedures, making use of support networks from Regional and National colleagues along with professional bodies.
- The ability to manage your workload and priorities without close supervision.
- To be able to work at pace and adapt to changing demands.
- To be highly organised with excellent planning skills.
- To enjoy the prospect of visiting sites across the region when required.
- To have strong communication skills.
- To be resilient, proactive, and dynamic.

We have two positions available.

- Rhoi cyngor, cymorth ac arweiniad ar y pryd i Reolwyr Clystyrau a'u staff i sicrhau cydymffurfiaeth â pholisïau a gofynion diogelwch GLlTEF.
- Sicrhau y cydymffurfir â safonau diogelwch gofynnol a bod pob maes o risg sylweddol a gwendid yn cael eu dwyn i sylw rheolwyr lleol a'u cyfeirio’n uwch os yw'n briodol
- Monitro a hyrwyddo'r holl weithgareddau diogelwch yn y Rhanbarth, gan gynnwys darparu cymorth ar gyfer bygythiadau, risgiau a digwyddiadau penodol.
