Position: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSISTANT

We are looking for two enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistants to join a wonderful team based in Potters Bar, London. Responsible for the accurate recording, monitoring, management and reporting of all payables as allocated.

**Main Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the assigned accounts payable activities
- Process and record supplier invoices
- Manage re-charges accordingly where relevant
- Liaise with suppliers in-order to resolve any queries
- Prepare payments to suppliers by BACS
- Manage correspondence effectively and action timely
- Reconcile statements with supplier accounts
- Maintain regular communication with Brands the projects relate to
- Liaise with Accounts Receivable, Management Accounts and Brand Managers accordingly
- Undertake any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Management

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Previous accounts payable experience (2 years minimum) - **Essential**:

- Excellent verbal, written communication and organisation skills - **Essential**:

- Excellent account management and Customer Service experience - **Essential**:

- Strong data entry & attention to detail - **Essential**:

- Previous database system use (Moveware & Netsuite) & good knowledge of Microsoft package - **Highly Desirable**:

- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
- Working towards/ qualified in AAT, ACCA or QBE
- Approachable with the added benefit of being a keen problem solver
- Full UK drivers’ licence due to location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
