A Linen Porter Supervisor is responsible for assisting in managing linen room operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while ensuring quality controls are in place and managing guest inquiries.

**What will I be doing as Linen Porter Supervisor?**
- Supervises the daily activities of the Linen Porters in the Housekeeping department.
- Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Manager.
- Assist in overseeing Linen Room operations
- Ensure quality controls are in place for all linen processes, rejecting any exceptions
- Maintain cleanliness of the Linen Room
- Ensure linen and housekeeping supplies are ordered and controlled in line with Business and Events
- Carry out stock takes
- Take receipt of stock and ensure safe storage
- Ensure team members adhere to all Health and Safety Regulations
- Carry out any other reasonable task set by the hotel's management

**What are we looking for?**
- Housekeeping experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a supervisory capacity
- Available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service
- Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
