**Salary**: £23-25k

As the Sales Administrator the primary function of your role will be to be the first point of contact for customer and their machine sales order from submission to mobilization and training.

The role will require the ability to deal across functions, from the Sales Manager and Sales Director, to workshop, demo and customer sites either direct or indirect.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accurately process customer orders same day if they are received before 3pm/next day and ensure the order acknowledgement is issued to the customer immediately for approval, through using SAP
- Completing all administrative duties and support sales team with all administrative requirements to ensure smooth running of all accounts
- Ensure the Customer Contact Strategy is set up for continuing contact once the machine is mobilized by the sales team
- Day to day management of outstanding orders and back orders, maintain communication with customer providing updates on extended lead times and parts delivery. Escalation of issues effecting fulfillment of orders to Line Manager
- To deal promptly with any customer complaints or problems escalating where required
- Be actively involved in any special projects concerning the sale and promotion of parts and consumables
- To operate at all times within the companys policies and procedures at the highest professional and ethical standards whilst maintaining a positive and strong customer service culture
- To ensure that the companies Health & Safety regulations are followed at all times
- Take responsibility for understanding and agreeing action plan for own development needs and ensure that you constantly display customer focus and reflect the culture
