Goetre Primary School is searching for a school clerk to join the team at this caring, vibrant community school. The governors are seeking to appoint a hard-working, committed individual to efficiently support the daily work of the school.

This role will include:
? General daily procedures

? Assisting in developing positive relationships with parents

? Daily use of SIMS

? Managing manual and computerised record/information systems

? Undertaking complex financial administration procedures

? Liaising with parents and carers regarding dinner money balances and any relevant welfare issues

? knowledgeable of the school system process

? highly organised with excellent inter-personal skills

? welcoming to the school community and visitors

? able to work effectively as part of a dedicated hard-working team

? able to demonstrate excellent ICT, literacy and numeracy skills

? able to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative

? trustworthy and professional
