School Clerk
Grade 3 - 37.5 hours SCP 7 - 12
8:15 am -4:15pm Monday to Friday
Permanent (Term time only on a pro rata basis)
This role will include:
General daily procedures
Assisting in developing positive relationships with parents
Managing manual and computerised record/information systems including SIMs
Undertaking complex financial administration procedures and cash handling
Liaising with parents and carers regarding dinner money balances and any relevant welfare issues
- be highly organised with excellent inter-personal skills.

- be able to work effectively as part of a dedicated hard-working team.
- be able to demonstrate excellent ICT, literacy and numeracy skills.
- be able to demonstrate a high level of personal initiative.

- have a Minimum of a grade C in GCSE Maths and English
- be able to prioritise tasks on a day-to-day basis.
- have experience of using information management systems and strong IT skills
- have a high level of verbal and written communication standards
- have a proven ability to show reliability and to work to meet key deadlines
