**Key Focus**:
The key focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the Construction Department. As a Streetworks and Noticing Co-ordinator you will be required to primarily focus on assisting with the management and administration of accurately recording daily civils measurements of reinstated surfaces (S70 Registrations) within a strict time limit. You will be working in a team of Coordinators who may require operational and administrative support with scheduling and permitting for civils conducted by Jurassic Fibre Contractors.

This is a part time role, with a minimum of 15 hours.

**This role will report to**:
Streetworks and Noticing Manager

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Investigate, manage and run reports on reinstatement defects received in accordance with NRSWA using Street Manager
- Provide operational and administrative support for scheduling and permitting civils works
- Identify foreseeable project risks and escalate to the Senior Street Works and Permitting Supervisor for review with the Manager
- Provide constructive feedback and support the team members on day-to-day duties
- Provide telephone and system support
- Providing general administrative support to the Street Works and Permitting Supervisors and Manager as required
- Promoting improvements in Safety in line with the objectives set by the SHEQ Manager
- Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the Street Works and Permitting Supervisors and Manager
- Some overtime may be required

**Person Spec**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Understanding of NRSWA compliance procedures
- Experienced in the use of Street Works permitting systems
- Ability to prioritize a varied workload and demonstrate good time management to comply with deadlines
- Previous experience within a similar role (utilities industry is desirable)
- 2+ years of administration experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills
- Confident and proficient with technology
- Interest in FTTP (desirable)
- GCSE Math’s & English passes
- Clear understanding of operational delivery in a commercially focused business environment and timely delivery of customer requirements
- Adaptable to change
- Ability to self-motivate and work well within a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent people skills and telephone manner
- Detail oriented and analytical
- Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
- A general ability to learn and use a variety of software/apps/digital media
- Experience in highway permitting schemes (desirable)
