As an agency that specialises in supplying Support Workers to Young People services, including residential settings, independent tenancies and emergency packages, we are continually looking to expand our talent pool with special, dedicated and passionate people to provide support for the regions most vulnerable young people.

Work can come to us on a preplanned or emergency last minute basis, and as an agency worker, you would have full flexibility on choosing what you would be available to do.

**Position**: Young People's Support Worker

**Salary**: Starting from £10.50 per hour

**Locations**: North Tyneside, South Tyneside, Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland

About the Role:
**Requirements**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Previous experience in working with young people, preferably in a support or care capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with young individuals and build positive relationships.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to provide emotional support to young people facing challenges.
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and an understanding of the needs and issues faced by young individuals.
- Flexibility in working hours, as some evening and weekend work may be required.
