Shop Supervisor

Our Team Leaders are an essential part of the store management team, sharing the responsibility of running our award-winning store We’re looking for confident leaders who can integrate into our growing team. With a strong eye for detail and high standards, our Team Leaders enjoy taking on the responsibility of running their shifts and can confidently resolve the variety of challenges they face day to day - all while maintaining outstanding customer service and working positively within the store team.

We have full time hours available, working 5 days over 7, however we would also consider applicants looking for part time (3 or 4 days). Our Team Leaders are responsible for opening/closing our store, managing our in-store teams during their shifts, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the store all whilst ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for keeping all compliance aspects of the store legal, working with our back office systems and implementing our stock management processes.

To ensure that we comply with alcohol licensing legislation applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Shifts are 8 hours and will include starting from 6am or finishing at 10pm. All of our employees are expected to be able to work at least one day at the weekend.

**Salary**: £11.20 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
