Part Time Finance Director Energy Investment

A well respected, growing business in the Renewable and Sustainable Energy sector are looking for a Part Time Finance Director for a role reporting to the Managing Director,
The role will be part of the leadership team and have focus on building the finance function whilst contributing to the strategic direction of the business, through working with C-Suite and Operations teams
The Role - (likely 3 days per week)
- Ownership of accounting process for the company - building the accounting team
- Attending board meetings and reporting into Chief Exec/MD
- Financial analysis with particular focus on cash flow forecasting
- Build relationship with senior stakeholders, presenting financial information to the board
- Ongoing process improvement and implementation
- Building banking relationships and growing business operations
- A qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, CIMA
- Senior level experience
- Exposure to building banking relationships and broad investment strategies
- Desire to work in growing business within the energy/renewables sector
The opportunity will ideally be for 3 days per week, reporting to the Chief Exec/MD. There is flexibility as to whether that is done as reduced hours over 4/5 days or 3 full days
