Reporting to the Talent Business Partner for their specialist area, the Recruiter is responsible for managing the full end-to-end recruitment process for hires in their area, to consistently deliver the best talent in the market to Cleveland Clinic London
- Support with Open Days, Job Fairs and similar recruitment events to engage talent
- Align with the hiring manager to ensure adverts and JD’s reflect CCL’s values and respect CCL’s Diversity & Inclusion agenda and are compliant with UK law and advertising best practice
- Post jobs to CCL Careers Website and where appropriate to job boards and LinkedIn

**Selection Process**:

- Support hiring managers during the recruitment process, providing advice and guidance on recruitment best practice and market advice
- Support the hiring manager with development of appropriate interview questions, and balanced scoring matrix to support hiring decisions. Maintain interview notes
- Where appropriate, support the hiring managers during the interview as a support interviewer, ensuring best practice during the selection process

**Hiring & Compliance**:

- Send out offer letters and contracts of employment in a timely manner
- Complete hiring process on ATS / HRIS platform
- Ensure all hiring administration is completed prior to sending recruitment file into the Compliance Team for compliance checks
- Align with Talent Business Partner to maintain hiring metrics and provide periodic activity and performance reports

**Education**:

- School leaver certificate to A-Level standard required
- An interest in HR useful and desirable

**Certifications**:

- None required

**Work Experience**:

- In-house recruitment experience working as a Resourcing, Recruitment or Talent Specialist or in a comparable in-house RPO model
- Demonstrable track record of managing an individual job list, with a high volume of roles and consistently delivering to hiring targets
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience with a successful track record of influencing and advising hiring managers to support positive recruitment outcomes
- Experience or utilising and maintaining an ATS, ideally Workday
- Recent experience recruiting in an acute healthcare environment desirable

**Complexities of Work**:

- Articulate and confident communicator
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Ability to handle high-volume processes in a methodical manner
- Attention to detail with regard to systems and reporting
- Must be able to work in a pressurised environment and take appropriate action.
