We are seeking a dedicated Drug Safety Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the safe and prompt reporting of Adverse Events and Product Technical Complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
**Effectively Navigate Pharmacovigilance Activities**: Assess when adverse events or product technical complaints require reporting to our pharmaceutical clients, ensuring seamless flow through the reporting process.

**Thorough Validation**: Validate adverse events and product technical complaints from various sources, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

**Expert Case Assessment**: Utilize your expertise to discern valid pharmacovigilance cases, capturing essential safety information through diligent audit checks.

**Timely Reporting**: Ensure all adverse events and product technical complaints are reported within one business day, maintaining compliance with regulatory timelines.

**Continuous Development**: Maintain up-to-date training in Pharmacovigilance protocols, demonstrating a commitment to excellence in patient safety.

**Effective Communication**: Liaise with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and third parties to facilitate efficient reporting processes.
