Hunter Mason Consultancy, on behalf of a Building and Civil Engineering company based in Colwyn Bay, is recruiting for a **Building and Civil Foreman.**

Based in Colwyn Bay, the company’s location is ideal to manage projects throughout Wales, northwest, England, and the midlands. Their operation extends outside of this geographical area for schemes which they believe can benefit from their expertise. Inpartnership with both public and private sectors, they take the full range of construction activities for large
- and small-scale projects, employing the best people, technical and financial resources to ensure the best quality and cost-effective solution forits customers. The company is focused on providing the highest professional standards in the construction industry, with emphasis on building strong, trusting, and long-lasting relationships with their customers.

**The Role**
- Promote and operate safe working on site
- Ensure completion of works on time
- Budget management
- Carry out and record inspections
- Co-ordinate, schedule and supervise the daily activities of those on site
- Drive new business development.

**Key Requirements**
- Foreman experience required
- People and Management Skills
- Practical on hands experience
- Full UK driving licence.
