Minute Taking Administrator

Concorde Recruitment are looking for an Minute Taking Administrator to join a team based in Bodmin. This will be on a full-time basis. The team you will be joining is made up 5 other staff members, however there will be days that you will be required to work alone.
This position is currently working from home 4 days per week and 1 day per week based within the office in Bodmin.
**Main Responsibilities;**
- Minute Taking for safeguarding meetings
- Contacting clients and customers regarding their accounts
- Payroll/HR administration
- Managing company events
- Meeting with directors to discuss company progress
- PA to directors
**Essential experience;**
- 2 years + of Administration experience
- Minute Taking experience (Essential)
- Management of own desk and work load
- Payroll and HR experience would be ideal but not essential
