Ocean Housing Ltd has a great opportunity for someone with the skills and experience to join their new Property Services Energy team as an Administrator.

The Property Services Administrator (Energy) will provide administrative support to the Property Services Energy Efficiency Department. You will also act as the Tenant Liaison Officer.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with production of documents to support the team in submitting information to claim funding for energy works
  • Raise purchase orders
  • Organising and servicing meetings (including taking minutes)
  • Input information and extracting information out of, the Company’s computerised system (QL) 
  • Provide general tenant liaison duties to include visiting tenanted properties to discuss energy improvement works
  • Drafting and sending letters to tenants to keep them informed throughout the energy upgrade works process

You will have experience of working in a customer service environment and experience of using MS Office software packages and computerised databases.

You will have excellent administrative organisational and problem-solving skills and have the ability to communicate clearly, professionally and politely with businesses, customers and colleagues in person, by telephone, email and in writing. You will exude a positive and welcoming persona and be enthusiastic and motivated in developing own knowledge and skills.

You will be educated to GCSE Grade A-C in English & Maths or equivalent level 2 qualification.

This role does require a Basic DBS check prior to appointment.
