**About the role**

You will support GreenSquareAccord's aim of valuing our customers by meeting housing and related needs on a cross tenure patch.

You will be working both independently and as part of a team; to pro-actively deliver a high quality housing management service, focussing on customer satisfaction and value for money.

Your role will be to manage complex tenancy issues including property condition and ASB cases.

You will work independently in challenging situations and with changing priorities striving to add value to everything you do.

You will provide information to new and existing customers which will enable them to manage and sustain their tenancy.

You will provide support/ attendance if requested by the Area Locality Manager at the relevant Locality Board in line with our Locality Model approach.

**About you**

You will have a good general or technical education beyond GCSE e.g. 2 or more A- Levels/NVQ3 or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.

You must have knowledge and experience of housing and tenancy law; including succession, mutual exchange, assignments and ending tenancies.

You will have experience of tenancy or leasehold management and enforcement.

You must have experience of partnership working.

You will be able to demonstrable record of delivering excellent customer service.
