The Asset and Innovation Lead plays a pivotal role in managing data flow and updates back to our client following the completion of works on the Highway network, to allow them to update their asset data
**What you'll be doing**
As a **Asset & Innovation Lead** you will:

- Lead on the collation, presentation and submission of scheme asset data upon completion of works on the capital programme
- Work closely with the client Asset Team to identify areas for improvement surrounding the asset management procedures
- Liaise with supply chain and the wider BB group to identify opportunities for innovation and technology to be utilised on the contract
- Work closely with Department Heads and other employees to ensure data is provided to the client in a timely manner following completion of schemes
- Liaise with the client asset team to identify areas for improvement with regards to managing and asset data.

**Who we're looking for**

**You will have the following**:

- Prior knowledge of the Highways Industry (desirable)
- Good communication skills and collaborative working style.
- Knowledge and experience of asset management
- A drive to promote innovation and best practice
