Motus Commercials is an approved DAF Commercial Vehicle dealership located in Oldham and is on the lookout for a dedicated Commercial Vehicle Customer Service Advisor Apprentice to become a fully qualified Service Advisor. As our new Apprentice, you will join our friendly Team which will see you working 5 days a week Monday to Friday 08.00am - 17.00pm in our approved DAF dealership service reception.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Motus Commercials in Oldham is an approved DAF Dealership who are hiring a new Commercial Vehicle Customer Service Apprentice who can learn how to manage the service reception in an efficient manner ensuring customers vehicles are being maintained to the correct standards.
- Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop ensuring full utilisation of time available.
- Updating customer on their vehicle progress whilst in our workshop
- Scheduling services required for customers.
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To undertake hands on training within the Service Department by working with your nominated mentor.
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our already Brilliant fully skilled Service Advisors.
- To attend recognised courses of instruction and achieve the correct pass mark for each course.
- To always work to the best of his/her ability.
- To respect the property of the Company and any property for which the Company is responsible, or which is in their care.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the service reception area.
- To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague within Motus Commercials.

**Qualifications Required**

GCSE Grade 4 or better in mathematics and English

**Future Prospects**

**Training Provided**

After the 18 month Apprenticeship you will be awarded a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship.

This apprenticeship programme is delivered with a blended learning approach and includes a mixture of onsite tutor visits and online tutor led sessions. All delivery is completed in the workplace and you will not need to attend any off-site training.

We have a network of 32 Dealer Locations across the United Kingdom including 4 Bodyshop’s and accident repair centres. We are the largest DAF Trucks Dealer Group in the UK & Europe with 30 franchise Locations. We have 14 ATF sites, able to carry out DVSA MOT’s on Commercial Vehicles.
