About the role of a**Sales Manager**:
You will be responsible for generating new business for the company and revenue through sponsorship opportunities for our events and through exhibition stand sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets that align with the department and overall business strategy
- Using a consultative sales approach, establish relationships with prospective delegates via telephone to support the promotion of specific campaigns
- Thoroughly research and understand the different industries to field questions from prospects and accurately
- Identify new leads to generate additional delegate sales
- Maintain sales database by including details of sales calls for tracking and relationship management purposes
- Manage schedule for follow-up calls

About you:

- Proven sales experience
- Delegate sales experience
- KPI and target driven
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
