We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Insurtech company who are looking for a enthusiastic and positive PPC Executive to join their team. Our client are a passionate and ambitious insurance team who provide exceptional services to thousands of peoplethroughout the UK.

The role of PPC Executive provides an opportunity to work within a close-knit and fast-growing digital marketing team, managing PPC campaigns to drive business-to-consumer sales. The successful applicant will be a forward-thinking, team player who is highlyorganised, ideally having at least two years hands-on experience with Google Ads and paid social Facebook/Meta Ads.

Primary role and attributes of the PPC Executive will be:

- 'Work with the Group Director of Marketing to create and implement PPC strategies to scale and increase reach.
- Manage and create paid social campaigns via Facebook's Business Manager alongside managing multiple PPC campaigns spanning various social channels.
- Ensure creative optimisation on platforms such as Google Ads, striving to maximise sales to achieve lowest CPA levels to attain ROI.
- Configure ManyChat with Facebook Messenger Ads.
- Provide weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports while monitoring performance against targets + regular account auditing.
- Define and develop a campaign structure across all PPC campaigns, while liaising with the designer and managing budgets to ensure success.
- Land page creation to increase conversion rates using Divi Builder or WordPress.

Essential skills to succeed in this role:

- A minimum of two years experience achieved in a B2C environment
- Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of copyright law and online advertising disciplines
- Extensive understanding of Google Ads, Google Display Network, Facebook Ads and the latest trends, alongside a vital understanding of engagement metrics and KPIs.
- Versatile and excellent copywriting and presentation skills
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS and the use of Asana Project Management tool (or similar) would be an advantage
- Problem solving and great communication abilities
