Gateshead, United Kingdom Major Recruitment Full time

We are looking for two Administrators for our prestigious client in the Gateshead area, this role will potentially be temporary to permanent. Working hours will be Monday to Friday 8:30am till 4:30pm with 30 minute lunch and the pay rate is £11.80 per hour.

DTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Process customer enquiries, quotations and orders in a timely and efficient manner utilising the ERP system
- Input information into the workload trackers
- Escalate customer complaints to the Quotations Lead when required
- Represent the customer interests within the business to assist in finding resolution to requests in a timely manner
- Accountable for contributing to improvement of department KPIs
- Comply with all departmental and company procedures at all times
- Ensure all quotations and orders are handled in accordance with compliance requirements and highlight any red flags to supervision
- Carry out other duties as and when business requirements dictate as may be reasonably expected by line manager
- Ensure all company policies surrounding health & safety, quality requirements and housekeeping are met
