We are looking for naturally skilled engineer, with 2-3 years of day-to-day user Desktop Support experience and eager to progress their career towards a more independent role with exposure to a wider range of networks and technologies.

**Skill set required**:

- Desktop support troubleshooting/problem-solving experience (VPNs, OS issues, NTFS permissions, day-to-day PC issues).
- Able to support, administrate, and troubleshoot all Office packages such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook on Mobile phones, tablets desktops and laptops.
- Should have good experience with on-premise and Cloud-based IT systems, especially with Active Directory, Azure products, Office365, and Intune
- 365 and Exchange administration - e.g. mailbox limits, mailbox sharing,
- ISP issues.
- Able to build relationships and rapport with clients in a face-to-face environment.
- Used to working under pressure and juggling multiple tasks.
- Managing their queue of work by prioritising jobs according to severity and seniority, with communication of updates and resolutions to the user and other stakeholders.
- Following and contributing to the documentation of standardised processes
- Fluent in spoken and written English - required for telephone helpdesk calls and customer correspondence.

**Nature of work**:

- Initial induction of 1-2 months based in our office offering remote support to our clients in order to get familiar with our systems
- Then introduced onto a Rota of largest clients which offers a huge exposure to a wide variety of customers and technologies. You would be the onsite Systems Administrator and Desktop Support Engineer. You would again be trained and supported by the lead engineer as well as being able to refer and escalate back to the full range of our engineers.
- Engineers rotate between sets of customers every couple of months, so a typical routine would be Rota #1 90% at client sites, Rota #2 50% at client sites, Rota #3 predominantly in the office on the helpdesk with some ad hoc visits to customers for support/projects.
- The majority of clients are in Zones 1-2, with occasional visits to sites further afield.
- Commute to suit public transport and car to both our Brentford office and client locations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
