**Temporary Administrator - Admin & Clerical**

**Pay rate: £10.42 per hour PAYE/National Minimum Wage applies**
**Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3 months** An Administrator is required to ensure that all work completed is accurately charged in accordance with customer contracts. To assist in raising purchase orders and maintaining records as required and to ensure that Health & Safety procedures are adhered to at all times Key responsibilities:
- Data check, interrogation and input/update into spreadsheets. Data update from spreadsheet information into bespoke software.
- Processing information/documentation requests.
- Dealing with visitors - organising meetings and rooms, refreshments etc. Stationery ordering.
- Waste collection round checking, progress of rounds, reporting to management team where issues identified. Reallocation of work between waste collection rounds.
- Operation of weighbridge for incoming and outgoing waste for export, inputting of tickets, photographs, weighbridge ticket update.
- Build strong relationships with both external and internal customers and ensure prompt resolution of complaints with a strong focus on customer retention.
- Assist credit control with outstanding debts by way of query resolution.
- Fulfil Health and Safety responsibilities by ensuring that all work undertaken is in accordance with the company’s Health & Safety policies and procedures and any relevant legislation
- Undertake any training and development as required and support the Administration Coordinator in ad hoc projects.

- Minimum of 12 months **recent** experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Able to interrogate/investigate data and report outcomes, solution focussed.
- Ability to work on own initiative in high pressure environment.
- Numerate and PC literate with good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Not afraid of a challenge.
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
