Overview:
**Duties**:
- Greeting clients and their horses with a warm and friendly manner
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Managing the reception area, including keeping it clean and organised
- Assisting veterinary staff with administrative tasks
- Processing payments and handling invoices
- Assisting accounts manager with accounts
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in a veterinary or animal care setting is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using veterinary software systems
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
