We are looking for the newest member of our wonderful client care team. The role will be primarily based at our Wimborne Branch with occasional cover at our other Lynwood sites when required to cover holiday and sickness.

You will need to possess a very friendly and polite telephone manner, so that you can ensure that our clients' needs are met and any concerns are dealt with efficiently and effectively, using your high standard of customer service skills and empathy with potentially emotional situations. Basic computer literacy is essential.

We are looking for someone who is outgoing, has a positive attitude and loves helping customers and going that extra mile...

You will be working closely with the rest of the Client Care team, along with the Veterinary & Nursing teams, to ensure a smooth operation - so a good team player is essential. Good communication skills are vital.

**The position is 40 hours Mon - Fri, worked over 4 days with a day off (shifts are 8am - 7pm), plus 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.**
