**Website Administrator** - Watford

Salary is up to £24,000pa, depending on experience (4 day week considered)

The company has worked with some very cool and quirky clientele over the years and is still enjoying plenty of growth They are now looking for someone to join their dynamic team to update and maintain their CMS Craft website, as this is constantly changing and needs to be kept up to date in order to continue to expand their brand awareness.

Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial, however if you have attention to detail and the willingness to expand on your skills and learn, we want to hear from you. The office team is collaborative and friendly and as part of this role you’ll also be liaising with suppliers, as well as colleagues across the business day to day.

**Main duties will include**:

- Adding & updating products on the company website
- Re-sizing and enhancement etc of product images
- Updating prices on the website, which can change often
- Creating operations manuals for clients (these vary from job to job)
- Liaising with suppliers on price changes and other info
- Updating electronic price lists
- Other duties as required
- e-commerce experience would be _beneficial _not essential
- SEO experience would be a huge plus (not essential)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
- Adobe Photoshop experience preferred, but _not essential_
- Ability to work under pressure to tight timelines and without direct supervision
- Good team worker
- A proactive, positive approach to work

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm in the office. The company will also consider a 4 day working week (The salary will then be amended to reflect this).

There is free parking, 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays) and your Birthday off. There will be fun, social events on occasion and the opportunity to work within a close knit, friendly team in a busy office environment.
