**What the role involves**:
- Deliver high quality and efficient service to the practice and our patients, including potential new patients.
- Good working knowledge of all services including packages and prices.
- Help to deliver and improve our patient journey from start to end. To constantly review and generate new ideas that would impact positively upon this.
- Provide complimentary assessments to patients discussing needs, treatment options and costs including face to face and phone consultations.
- Supporting clinicians with creating treatment plans for patients, scheduling patient appointments.
- Effectively communicate and develop a strong working relationship with clinicians and specialists.
- Promotion of the Dental House Membership Plan to our patients.
- Support of other customer service departments as and when needed including front desk and communications.
- Respond accordingly and encourage patient feedback and testimonials
- Care and welfare or patients in chair side assistance where possible (1st clinician consultation)
- Processing of payments for patients including finance, deposits and treatment plans. Ensuring that these are provided to patients and all information fully explained.
- Identify patients who would like to share their patient journey with us, in order to promote the quality work of the practice.
- Follow up of patient’s mid-way and on completion of treatments to ensure that patients are happy with their service so far.
- Collate data and information that is relevant to their role and how this impacts on the performance of the organisation.
- Follow and demonstrate commitment to The Dental House policies, professional expectations and service
- To uphold and advocate high levels of service and principles of continuous improvement through leading by example.
- To participation all aspects of training and personal development.

**What we need from you**:

- To ideally be a qualified Dental nurse
- Sales driven
- Good communication and customer service skills, keeping patient satisfaction in mind
- Strong professionalism and relationship building skills
- Able to work intuitively and adapt to change
- Friendly and welcoming manner
- Strong teamwork ability with an enthusiastic attitude
- Proficient user of the requisite dental software and Microsoft package
- GDC Registration

The Practice has recently been recognised nationally, achieving the accolade of winner 'The Most Improved Practice - North' at The Private Dentistry Awards, and was also a 'Finalist' at The Dentistry Awards as 'The Best Practice'.

We are now part of the Portman and Dentex Group, which brings many benefits, which include paying annual GDC registration and all training and development.
