Trainee Treatment Coordinator

**A&U Dental, a group of 7 practices, is looking for a new Trainee TCO to join their group. This is a great opportunity to join a growing group offering a wide range of treatments to patients from Invisalign to implants.**

1. Providing outstanding customer service at all times
2. Following practice systems, implementing and improving systems
3. Team player - communicate and share at all times
4. Leading the team to ensure the patients experience is “wow” and creates raving fans - wish list NP experience document
5. Providing the initial and free consultations for new patients at the practice
6. To deliver a fantastic new patient TCO appointment and cover the following: Medical history, long terms goals for the patients teeth, health and smile. To build a natural rapport and ask open questions about how the patient is feeling and what they have done to rectify concerns outlined. Provide 4 USPs relevant to the patient, ask their budget, use Visual Aids to show all solutions in dentistry available to the patient, confirm with the patient the options they like the sound of the most and show before and after photographs using a verbal proof story. Quote the patient and explain the next stage the 30 / 50 point assessment. Explain what happens in the dental examination and discuss the multi team that will be involved in the patients experience. Collate information on anxieties and past dental histories, confirm and how they heard of the practice. Collate social history and understand personality type to help with treatment booking throughout the appointment.
7. TCO notes to be precise and detailed for suitable handover with the dentist for a new patient including DISC profile
8. To manage own appointment diary and keep running to time.
9. Deal with patient objections for not taking treatment forward. Talk about clinical questions, Money, decision maker, time, nerves and if all dealt with and patient still wishes to have a think to direct into the follow up system.
10. To provide a follow up to patients where treatment options have not been taken forward.
11. To be able to conduct options meetings with patients as directed from clinical prescription. To discuss the benefits and answer clinical questions on all treatments to support the patients understanding with study modes, patient education and photos.
12. Scheduling and booking of new patient appointments as per diary rules
13. Confirming financial arrangements
15. Discuss how to become a member of the practice and our pricing structure.
16. Assisting the dentist by placing treatment plans and gathering consents and estimates
17. To fill out appropriate consents for treatment on clinical notes as directed by dentist lead and issuing these to all patients on their treatment presentation.
18. Set up presentation document using PowerPoint, intra oral camera pictures, SLR pictures, patient education, Documents to be clear to patients and detailing suitable options in order as prescribed by the dentist
19. Assisting the patient throughout treatment with any queries they may have about treatment
20. Ensuring each time the patient attends they have a positive experience
21. Practice promotion - marketing activity and networking
22. Tracking of performance indicators
23. Ensuring all TCO systems are followed to the letter
24. Reviewing activity and new patients weekly with dentists
25. Feedback to the dentists
26. Identifying when further training for other team members is required.
27. Following all regulations in the UK such as confidentially and consent processes.
28. Ensure the final review appointment is scheduled and a celebration card and present is ready for this appointment
29. Gather testimonials written and filmed from patients at their final review appointment and ask for referrals.
30. I understand the Vision and brand message for the practice and will deliver outstanding customer service experiences that create referrals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£13.50 per hour
