It is a time of tremendous change in Health and Social Care but a time which offers a very real opportunity to ensure that “everyone has access to outstanding palliative and end of life care”.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a **Head of Commissioning & Integration** within Dorothy House. We are seeking a passionate, articulate and inspiring leader to join the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with the remit to ensure that Dorothy House is enabled to engage with prospective partners, the commissioning teams and decision-making arrangements in the newly created Integrated Care System (ICS), putting patients and families at the centre of decision making about end of life care.

The Integrated Care System (ICS) is a key enabler for ensuring integrated palliative and end of life care at scale across a larger geography and population. It will require the hospices and other partners in these geographies to work together to deliver outcome driven services across the system. It will be the role of The **Head of Commissioning & Integration **to support our model of “progressive collaboration” with system partners, including ICS leads and to lead in the creation of the governance frameworks for the delivery of strategic alliances and opportunities for collaboration with these key partners.

Educated to degree level and bringing an extensive, demonstrable background in senior strategic management ideally from within health and/or social care and a history of Development and Delivery of commissioning; the **Head of Commissioning & Integration **will confidently** **provide leadership and direction for the organisation in delivering our vision to further our strategic collaboration, partnerships and representation and influence at all levels in the new Integrated Care System.
