- Creating purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices between plant locations and customer.
- Tackling queries from quality and warehouse regarding stock.
- Updating SAP with key information.
- Liaising with customer services and customers keeping them updated.
- Liaising with the warehouse function on stock and stock analysis.
- Purchasing raw materials both inventory and non-inventory to provide holiday cover.
- Creating T cards to support the make to order process. Accountable for replenishment of cards.
- Managing plan changes with the planning team.
- Contribute to key operational meetings.
**The Successful Applicant**:
**Required Skills and Experience**
- Strong analytic skills with demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make recommendations.
- Prior operational administration experience within manufacturing with internal and external manufacturing partners would be advantageous (But not Essential)
- Good overall understanding of the supply chain process flows.
- Excel skills with ability to analyse data and make recommendations
- Ability to multitask and successfully develop and execute plans in a dynamic environment.
- Interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
