**Requirements**:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Current DBS on the update service.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of SEN and different learning difficulties.
- Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- A flexible and creative approach to teaching and learning.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- A passion for working with children with SEN and helping them reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
- Differentiate and personalise learning to meet the individual needs of each pupil.
- Assess, monitor, and record pupil progress, and use this information to inform future planning.
- Support pupils in accessing the curriculum, both inside and outside of the classroom.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to support the development and well-being of pupils.
- Be responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of pupils under your care.
