We are currently seeking a Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our team on a temporary basis at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. This temporary position will start on 23/03/2024 and end on 23/03/2024.

**Shift Details**:

- **Shift Start**: 07:30:00
- **Shift End**: 20:00:00

This temporary position offers a competitive payment rate of **£262.50 per shift**, paid through PAYE.

As a Band 5 RMN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to patients with mental health needs. Your duties will include assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medication, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.

You will work closely with patients to promote mental health and wellbeing, supporting their recovery journey and empowering them to manage their mental health effectively. Additionally, you will liaise with families and carers to provide education and support as needed.

Collaboration and teamwork are key aspects of this role, as you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care that meets the needs of each individual patient. You will participate in team meetings, case conferences, and clinical supervision sessions to ensure a coordinated approach to care.

Excellent communication skills are essential in this role, as you will be required to engage with patients, families, carers, and colleagues on a daily basis. You must be able to build rapport, establish trust, and demonstrate empathy and understanding in your interactions.

Flexibility and adaptability are also important qualities for this position, as you may be required to work with patients of varying ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses. You must be able to respond effectively to changing situations and prioritize your workload to meet the needs of the service.
