Your role will involve delivering a range of services to diagnose and treat psychiatric disorders using various examination methods.

Our services include individual, group, and couples/family therapy for adult clients aged 18 and above. They are available online and in-person. Powermind Clinic is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 8pm, excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays.

**We are looking for psychotherapists trained in different modalities (Psychodynamic, CBT, EMDR, DBT) who can work with clients in-person and online.**

Online therapy sessions are conducted via telehealth. In-person therapy is available at five locations in the heart of London:

**Therapists are required to travel to one of our sites to meet clients once per week; the rest of the days/hours can be worked remotely.**

**Applicants must possess a minimum of five years of relevant experience, as they will be enrolled with insurance providers such as AXA, Cigna, Bupa, Vitality, WPA, and Aviva.**

The minimum requirement is four 60-minute slots per week, but there is potential for more hours. We understand the importance of practitioner well-being and respect any additional commitments you may have, such as working for the NHS or your own practice.

Our services will be available 6 days per week from 9am to 8pm, therefore we require clinicians to agree to the following working hours:
One clinic with a minimum of 1 hour on a Saturday, any time between 9am and 8pm

Two clinics with a minimum of 1 hour Monday to Friday, any time between 9am and 5pm

One evening clinic with a minimum of 1 hour Monday to Friday, any time between 5pm and 8pm

**Responsibilities**

Conducting individual, couples, and group therapy sessions

Creating and executing treatment plans tailored to meet client requirements

Providing crisis intervention and assistance to clients in crisis

Tracking client progress through the use of psychometric tools

Maintaining precise and up-to-date client records and documentation

Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care

Staying abreast of the latest best practices and advancements in psychotherapy

Facilitating internal referrals or directing clients to external agencies or healthcare professionals

Gathering feedback from clients and conveying it to the company Director

Available to participate as a speaker at promotional events - preferred

**Experience/ skills required**

Strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities and techniques

**5 years of clinical experience (after completing the Master)**

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds

Specialization in a specific area such as trauma, addiction, or family therapy

Knowledge of evidence-based practices for specific mental health conditions

Ability to establish rapport and build trust with clients

Empathy and compassion for individuals experiencing mental health challenges

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills

Computer Literate

**Proficient in using Power Diary** to document and store client notes

Additional languages - preferred

Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field

Have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate (UK, Wales and Channel Islands), and have the appropriate child and adult barring list check, relevant to patients to be treated.
